You do not need a paid subscription to access a statutory credit report. Providers may ask you to create an account and verify your identity on their own websites. We do not collect your report or identity documents.

Weekly, according to official help documentation; page access restricted during this review.
A statutory report gives you access to the credit information held about you. A consumer score is a separate feature and is not required to check the accuracy of a file.
A service displaying Equifax information will not automatically show everything held by Experian or TransUnion. Two services using the same agency are not two separate agency checks.
Before choosing a service, check how it uses your personal data, any product offers it shows and the terms of optional subscriptions. A free trial is not the same as a service that stays free.
Recent score changes and verification limits
Experian now uses a 0–1,250 scale. TransUnion announced a 0–999 scale in August 2026, but a partner’s app or documentation may still show its previous 0–710 scale. Check the scale displayed in your own account rather than comparing numbers across services.
ClearScore’s help pages restricted direct access during this review; weekly refresh information comes from its indexed official help documentation. Credit Karma’s current refresh schedule and partner-specific TransUnion rollout could not be fully reverified. Optional prices not confirmed here are deliberately omitted.
